All firearm sales are final. Once purchased, firearms become the property of the owner. If a firearm is defective, Triggers and Bows will assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair and/or warranty determination. Abuse, incorrect use or subjecting the firearm to extreme conditions may invalidate the warranty. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition, black powder, primers, reloading lead, reloading brass, or reloading bullets. If an item is special ordered and then cancelled by the customer, the payment(s) already applied to the purchase will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee. Special orders must have a 50% deposit prior to ordering. Underwear, lingerie, swimsuits, and base layers may not be returned due to health reasons.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if original, undamaged packaging, receipt, and any relevant store tags accompany the return. Shipping will only be refunded if there was an error made by Triggers and Bows. In some cases, a gift card may be issued as a refund. Triggers and Bows reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges. All sale items purchased during an advertised, in-store special event are non-refundable.
